Job fair in Kielce: An opportunity for former Cersanit employees
A special job fair has been organized in Kielce to help people laid off from the Cersanit factory. The event attracted many former employees of the company who are looking for new employment in the region. The organizers hope to mitigate the effects of the group layoffs and support the local labor market.
During the fair, over a dozen employers from various industries, including the manufacturing, logistics, and retail sectors, presented their offers. Participants had the opportunity to speak directly with recruiters, submit their application documents, and learn more about the current requirements for specific positions.
Representatives of the District Labor Office emphasize that for those losing their jobs, quick assistance and access to information are the most important factors. In addition to job offers, attendees could take advantage of advice from career counselors who helped with updating CVs and preparing for job interviews.
The situation at the Cersanit plant is being monitored by local authorities. Although the layoffs are a difficult experience for the employees, the fair's organizers hope that thanks to the large number of offers in the region, most people will find new employment in a short time.
Further meetings for job seekers are scheduled to take place in the coming weeks. Officials encourage all those interested to follow the office's website, where new job proposals and information about upcoming professional events are published on an ongoing basis.
