Major investment in Dąbrowa Górnicza: ArcelorMittal modernizes steel plant
ArcelorMittal Poland has announced plans to carry out a major modernization at its branch in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The company will invest nearly 60 million PLN in upgrading the dedusting installation, which is a key step toward improving the plant's environmental standards.
Work is currently underway at the Dąbrowa steel plant to modernize two sintering belts. The cost of this stage of the investment is 7 million PLN. These actions are aimed not only at improving production efficiency but, above all, at reducing the impact of industry on the natural environment in the region.
Modern dedusting systems will allow for more effective capture of pollutants generated during metallurgical processes. This is a significant change for the residents of Dąbrowa Górnicza, as the investment will directly contribute to improving air quality in the city.
Investments in the ArcelorMittal branch in Dąbrowa show that Polish heavy industry is increasingly focusing on ecology and modern technologies. Thanks to such projects, production plants can operate in accordance with strict environmental protection standards while maintaining their competitiveness in the market.
