Norwegian company to build anti-drone systems in Poland
A Norwegian technology company has decided to build a factory for anti-drone systems in Poland. The investment aims to strengthen security in the region and develop modern defense technologies that will be available to NATO member states.
The project involves close cooperation with local enterprises. Polish suppliers will be a key element of the production chain, which will contribute to the development of the domestic defense industry and the creation of new jobs for technical specialists.
Full production is scheduled to launch in 2028. The systems created in Poland are intended to be a modern solution that will allow for effective protection against airborne threats, which is particularly important in light of the current geopolitical situation in Europe.
The decision to choose Poland as the investment site underscores our country's growing role as an important partner in the defense structures of the North Atlantic Alliance. Company representatives hope that the Polish facilities will become the main export hub for modern anti-drone technologies to international markets.
