Major investment in the Polish automotive industry: billions of zlotys for the development of electric cars
The National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) has officially become a new shareholder in the company ElectroMobility Poland. This is a key step for the development of the Polish automotive industry, which aims to introduce domestic electric cars to the market.
Nearly 4.5 billion zlotys have been allocated for the implementation of this ambitious project. These funds come from the National Recovery Plan (KPO), which is intended to support modern technologies and ecological solutions in transport.
This investment is seen as an opportunity for the development of innovation in Poland. Thanks to such significant financial support, ElectroMobility Poland gains a stable foundation to continue work on the production of cars, which are intended to be an answer to the growing demand for low-emission vehicles.
Experts emphasize that the involvement of the state fund is a signal that the project to build a Polish electric car is entering a decisive phase. In the near future, the company will have to focus on the effective use of the received funds in order to achieve the set production goals.
The future of the Polish automotive industry now depends on the pace of work on prototypes and the construction of appropriate infrastructure. If the investment is successful, Poland could become an important player in the European electric vehicle market.
