Difficult financial situation for Niewiadów PGM in the first half of 2026
Niewiadów PGM, a well-known Polish manufacturer, has published its financial report for the first six months of 2026. The results show that the company is struggling with serious economic challenges, which is reflected in significant losses on its balance sheet.
According to the data presented, the company's net loss amounted to PLN 58.82 million. Operating results look even worse, with a loss reaching PLN 62.98 million. For comparison, in the same period last year, the operating loss was significantly lower, at PLN 4.39 million.
Another indicator that recorded a clear decline is EBITDA, i.e., operating profit plus depreciation. In the first half of 2026, the EBITDA loss amounted to PLN 61.45 million. A year earlier, during the same period, this loss was PLN 3.62 million, which illustrates the scale of the deterioration in the company's financial health.
Financial market experts point to the large year-on-year difference in results. Such a significant worsening of the financial situation may be a signal to investors and contractors that the company is in a difficult market position.
At this moment, the company's management board has not presented a detailed recovery plan that would improve results in the coming quarters. The financial situation of Niewiadów PGM remains a subject of analysis by specialists tracking the condition of Polish industrial enterprises.
