Romania, European leader in the number of IT engineers relative to population
Romania holds a leading position globally in the field of information technology. According to recent data, our country ranks first in Europe and sixth in the world in terms of the number of IT engineers relative to the total population.
This performance highlights the high potential of Romania's specialized workforce. The local technology sector has grown steadily in recent years, attracting the attention of major international companies looking for qualified experts in software development and digital solutions.
However, experts point to a major challenge that limits the development of this sector. Although Romania has a solid talent base and a well-developed technological infrastructure, the main problem remains the lack of capital needed to support innovation and the expansion of local businesses.
In conclusion, the success of Romanian engineers demonstrates the quality of the country's educational system and professional training. For Romania to maintain this competitive advantage in the long term, it is essential to find solutions to attract investments that can transform human potential into successful technological projects.
