Scholarships for university professors integrating artificial intelligence into education

The Employers' Association of the Software and Services Industry (ANIS) has announced the launch of a new edition of its scholarship program for teaching staff in Romanian universities. The initiative aims to support professors who wish to introduce modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence, into the courses and laboratories they teach.

This edition offers 21 scholarships for innovative teaching projects. The main goal of the program is to update the university curriculum so that students are better prepared for the current demands of the labor market in the technology sector. Through these grants, ANIS aims to create a closer link between the academic environment and the IT industry.

Since the launch of the program, ANIS Scholarships have had a significant impact on the higher education system in Romania. To date, 107 teaching projects have been funded across 51 different faculties. These projects have been implemented in 21 university centers throughout the country, demonstrating the national reach of the initiative.

By supporting these teachers, the association contributes to the modernization of teaching methods and the development of students' digital skills. Interested professors can apply to receive the financial support necessary for the development of course materials, educational platforms, or other technological resources required in the learning process.

This program represents an important step for education in Romania, providing universities with the resources needed to remain competitive. Investing in technology and teacher training ensures better preparation for future generations of software specialists.
