Changing weather in Romania: After a sudden cooling, temperatures will rise again

Meteorologists are announcing a period of unstable weather in Romania, marked by significant temperature variations. After an interval characterized by storms and heatwaves, thermal values have begun to drop, bringing a short break from the excessive heat felt in recent weeks.

According to the forecast from the National Administration of Meteorology, the average minimum temperatures will record a gradual decrease. While values were around 14 degrees Celsius on the first night of the analyzed interval, they will drop to 9 or 10 degrees between July 23 and 26, offering cooler nights in most regions of the country.

This drop in temperatures is only temporary, however. Specialists warn that after this cooler interval, a new warming period will follow. Thermometer readings will rise again, a sign that summer will reclaim its status, alternating between extreme weather phenomena and heatwave periods.

Citizens are advised to follow daily weather updates, as atmospheric instability can bring sudden storms accompanied by lightning and wind intensifications. These frequent temperature changes can affect health, which is why hydration and sun protection remain important recommendations for the coming period.
