Major changes at Idemia Technologies Romania: Net profit increased while the number of employees decreased
Idemia Technologies Romania reported contrasting financial results for the year 2025. Although the company's turnover recorded a significant decrease of 32.7% compared to the previous year, the company's net profit managed to triple, demonstrating increased operational efficiency despite the lower sales volume.
A major change in the company's structure was the reduction in the average number of employees. While the team consisted of 238 people in the previous period, in 2025 this number fell to 150. This staff restructuring was accompanied by an improvement in the company's overall financial situation.
A positive aspect of the financial report is the considerable reduction in total debt. This decreased by 74.8%, reaching a value of 10.8 million lei, which represents approximately 2.1 million euros. This decrease in debt indicates better financial stability for the company operating on the Romanian market.
