Covasna resort to benefit from a new multifunctional spa center
The Covasna resort, known for its mineral waters and therapeutic benefits, will host a new modern spa center in the near future. The project aims to develop the local tourism infrastructure and attract a larger number of visitors interested in health treatments and relaxation.
The new center will be multifunctional, offering varied facilities for tourists. It will include areas dedicated to medical procedures, as well as spaces for recreation, and is designed to meet current European standards in the field of spa tourism.
Construction work is already underway, and authorities estimate that the project will be completed in 2026. The investment is considered an important step for the modernization of the resort, which is seeking to consolidate its position on the map of treatment destinations in Romania.
Once opened, the center will contribute significantly to the local economy by creating new jobs and increasing the city's accommodation and treatment capacity. Local authorities hope that this investment will attract both Romanian and foreign tourists, eager to take advantage of the area's natural resources in a modern setting.
