The “My E-Health” portal is now operational for patients in Romania
The National Health Insurance House (CNAS) recently announced that the “My E-Health” portal has become fully operational. This digital platform was created to simplify the interaction between patients and the medical system in Romania, offering quick access to essential information.
Through this portal, insured persons can now view referral slips issued by family doctors or specialists. Additionally, users have the ability to consult their own medical consultation history, which helps in better monitoring their long-term health status.
Another important function of the platform is the ability to verify the settlement of medical services. Thus, patients can see which investigations or treatments have been reported on their behalf to the CNAS, ensuring greater transparency in the management of health funds.
To access these services, citizens must authenticate themselves on the platform using secure identification data.
