Artificial intelligence could reach town halls in Romania
A Romanian entrepreneur has launched an innovative platform called aiUltra, which aims to introduce artificial intelligence (AI) based technology into public institutions and the legal environment in the country. The main goal of this project is to modernize the way local administration functions and to simplify the daily tasks of civil servants.
The platform is designed to be used not only by town halls, but also by notary offices, bailiffs, and law firms. By using automation, these professionals could process documents much faster, thus reducing waiting times for citizens and human errors that can occur in bureaucratic work.
Implementing artificial intelligence in the public sector represents an important step for the digitalization of Romania. Currently, many institutions face a large volume of paperwork and complex procedures, and technology could provide efficient solutions for organizing and managing this information in a secure and fast manner.
Although the project is in a development stage, the initiative demonstrates the growing interest of the private sector in supporting the modernization of the state. It remains to be seen how local authorities will adopt these new digital tools and what impact they will have on the quality of services offered to the population in the near future.
