Gigi Becali's daughter fined by the Environmental Guard for the construction of a church
Teodora Becali, the daughter of businessman Gigi Becali, has received a financial penalty from the Romanian authorities. She was ordered by the court to pay a fine of 31,000 lei to the Environmental Guard.
The sanction was applied following the construction of a place of worship, which authorities claim was built without complying with all the necessary legal provisions. The decision comes after control institutions analyzed the documentation and the way in which the construction work was carried out.
