Fire at a medical center in Arad: Three people were transported to the hospital
A serious incident occurred recently at a medical center located on Calea Aurel Vlaicu in the municipality of Arad. Firefighters were alerted after a fire broke out in one of the rooms of the medical unit, endangering the safety of patients and staff.
According to initial information provided by the authorities, the fire started from a mattress inside the room. It appears that the fire was caused by one of the patients admitted to that ward, which required a rapid intervention by emergency crews to prevent the flames from spreading to the rest of the building.
Following this event, three patients required additional medical care and were rushed to the hospital. Fire crews managed to extinguish the fire in a short time, thereby limiting material damage and risks to the other people in the medical center.
Local authorities have already launched an investigation to establish the exact circumstances under which the fire occurred. Currently, the situation at the medical center is under control, and the affected patients are receiving the necessary medical assistance to recover safely.
