TIFF Timișoara 2026: Four days dedicated to cinema and culture
The city of Timișoara is preparing to host a new edition of the TIFF festival, a landmark event for film lovers in Romania. The event will last four days and will bring a varied selection of high-quality cinematic productions to the public.
The festival program is complex, including films awarded at international festivals and previews of recent Romanian productions. Spectators will have the opportunity to watch exceptional films and participate in discussions with special guests from the film industry.
In addition to the regular screenings, the organizers have also prepared diverse cultural events. These include cine-concerts, where live music will accompany the films, as well as masterclasses held by professionals in the field, thus offering an educational experience for those interested in the art of cinema.
The festival will also provide space for creativity through practical workshops and thematic exhibitions. These activities are intended to bring the public closer to the creative process and to promote visual culture among the local community.
