Russian schools begin testing artificial intelligence textbook
Testing of a new digital textbook entirely dedicated to artificial intelligence technologies has begun in Russian schools. The project aims to introduce students to modern computer technologies and prepare them for future careers in the IT sector.
The educational material is divided into three key areas. The first is dedicated to the fundamentals of working with data and learning the Python programming language. The second area introduces students to the principles of machine learning, while the third covers the structure of neural networks and modern large language models.
A unique feature of the new manual is its interactive approach. After studying each theoretical topic, students can reinforce their knowledge through practical exercises that are graded by artificial intelligence. This allows students to see their mistakes immediately and better grasp complex material.
Developers note that the introduction of such textbooks will help increase the level of digital literacy among young people. In the future, there are plans to expand the program and add new topics related to the ethics of AI use and cybersecurity.
At the moment, testing is taking place in several pilot schools. If the program shows good results, the textbook may become available for use in educational institutions across the country.
