Aptar's Russian business transferred to H&N management
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a new decree concerning the operations of foreign companies within the country. According to the document, one hundred percent of the shares of the Russian division of packaging manufacturer Aptar — Aptar Vladimir LLC — have been transferred to the temporary management of the company H&N.
Aptar is a well-known international manufacturer of packaging for cosmetics, perfumes, and consumer goods. The Aptar Vladimir plant produced goods for the Russian market, supplying packaging to many local manufacturers.
H&N, which was previously known as the Russian division of Danone, will now be responsible for the operational management of Aptar's assets. This decision is part of the process of transferring the management of foreign companies to Russian entities, which has been actively taking place in the country recently.
At the moment, company representatives have not provided detailed comments on how exactly the plant's operations will change in the near future. It is expected that the change in management will allow the enterprise to continue stable operations and maintain production capacity in Russia.
This event has become another step in changing the ownership structure of major industrial assets in the Russian Federation. Experts continue to monitor how such reshuffles affect the Russian packaging market and the availability of goods for consumers.
