Russia and Vietnam plan to develop joint technological projects
General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam has put forward an initiative to strengthen scientific and technical cooperation between Moscow and Hanoi. According to the Vietnamese leader, the two countries possess significant potential for joint work in the sphere of innovation.
During recent negotiations, To Lam emphasized that Russia and Vietnam should join forces to master advanced technologies. The main goal of such a partnership is to create new competitive products that will be in demand in the markets of both countries and beyond.
Experts note that the development of the technology sector is a priority area for the Russian economy amidst current challenges. Cooperation with friendly countries, such as Vietnam, allows for the exchange of experience, the attraction of investments, and the finding of new solutions for high-tech manufacturing industries.
In the near future, the parties plan to discuss specific steps for implementing this initiative. It is expected that the focus will be on joint research, the training of qualified personnel, and the launch of pilot projects in the fields of digital technology and industry.
Thus, strengthening ties with Vietnam is becoming an important stage in Russia's technological development strategy. Further interaction between the two states could open up new opportunities for economic growth and the strengthening of the scientific potential of both countries.
