Results of the 'Vyzov' project for the protection of children's rights presented in the Sverdlovsk Region
In the Sverdlovsk Region, the results of the 'Vyzov' (Challenge) project, aimed at supporting children and adolescents, have been summarized. A report on the work performed was presented to the Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights in Russia. The meeting took place during the federal official's working visit to the region.
The 'Vyzov' project's main goal is to assist children in difficult life situations and to develop a system for protecting their rights. During the program's implementation, specialists worked on creating new mechanisms for family support and preventing juvenile delinquency. Particular attention was paid to the accessibility of psychological and legal assistance for residents of the region.
Representatives of the regional authorities noted that during the project's operation, it was possible to significantly improve interaction between social services, schools, and public organizations. Thanks to new approaches, assistance has become more prompt and targeted, which has allowed for the resolution of many problems faced by families in the region.
The Commissioner for Children's Rights highly praised the project's results and emphasized the importance of exchanging experience between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It is expected that the successful practices implemented in the Sverdlovsk Region could be scaled to other regions of the country to strengthen the child protection system.
Work on developing the 'Vyzov' project will continue. In the near future, there are plans to expand the network of support centers and launch new educational initiatives that will help children successfully adapt to society and realize their potential.
