State Duma comments on continued strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure
A deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation has issued a statement regarding the continued strikes on infrastructure facilities within the territory of Ukraine. According to the parliamentarian, such actions are inevitable under the current conditions.
