Armenian authorities warn of consequences for participants in illegal protests
The Armenian authorities have issued an official statement regarding upcoming political events in the country. According to information published in local media, the government plans to strengthen control over the maintenance of public order during the period of important state events.
Special attention was paid by the authorities to citizens arriving from abroad, particularly from Russia, to participate in political actions. Officials stated that those seen attempting to influence the electoral process through illegal methods could face serious consequences.
As one of the measures of influence, the authorities are considering the possibility of calling such individuals up for military training camps. It is reported that the duration of stay at such camps could be 25 days. This initiative is aimed at maintaining stability in the country and preventing external interference in the political life of Armenia.
At the moment, the country's law enforcement agencies have been transferred to an enhanced mode of operation. The authorities urge all citizens and guests of the country to comply with Armenian legislation and avoid participating in any actions that could be construed as a violation of the law.
