Danone's Russian division changes its name to "Milk Logic"
The company Health & Nutrition, previously known to Russian consumers as Danone Russia, has officially announced a change to its corporate name. Now, the country's largest dairy producer will be called "Milk Logic" (Logika Moloka).
This decision marks the latest stage in the business's transformation after the French Danone group transferred its Russian assets to the temporary management of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) in 2023. Following that, the company changed its international name to Health & Nutrition, and is now transitioning to a fully Russian brand.
Company representatives note that the name change will not affect product quality or the range of goods available on store shelves. The factories continue to operate as usual, producing the familiar yogurts, milk, and other dairy products that are popular with consumers.
Market experts believe that the rebranding is a logical step for a company that has fully adapted to operating in the new economic environment. The new name, "Milk Logic," emphasizes the enterprise's focus on producing natural products for the Russian consumer.
At the moment, the company remains one of the leaders in Russia's food industry. In the near future, new logos and updated manufacturer information will gradually begin to appear on product packaging.
