Russia and Iran strengthen scientific cooperation
Russia and Iran are preparing for a new stage of partnership in the field of innovation. The countries plan to create a joint committee that will coordinate work on the development of science and technology. The cooperation program promises to be large-scale. According to preliminary data, it includes about 500 different projects. The parties intend to join forces to implement 100 joint initiatives that will cover a wide variety of scientific fields — from fundamental research to applied technologies.
The creation of the committee will allow scientists and experts from both countries to exchange experience and the results of their developments more quickly. It is expected that such close cooperation will help accelerate technological progress and find new solutions to the current challenges facing the economies of Russia and Iran.
At the moment, specialists from the two countries are working out the details of future cooperation. It is expected that the committee's work will begin in the near future, which will open up new opportunities for the academic and industrial circles of Russia and Iran.
