Russia releases first textbook on artificial intelligence ethics
A book titled "Ethics of Artificial Intelligence" has been published in Russia. It is the country's first textbook dedicated to issues of morality and responsibility in the use of modern technologies. The book was prepared by specialists from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
The authors of the textbook have combined classical philosophical ethics with the modern challenges of the digital age. The book examines in detail issues of security, personal data protection, and how algorithms affect the lives of ordinary people. The manual is intended to help students and professionals better understand the rules for working with neural networks.
The development of artificial intelligence is happening very rapidly, which is why society needs clear rules of conduct. The creators of the book emphasize that technology should benefit humans while remaining under their control. The textbook will help future programmers and engineers take ethical standards into account when developing new software products.
The publication is already available to educational organizations. It is expected to become an important tool for training personnel in the IT sector, where ethical issues are becoming increasingly relevant. This event is an important step in the development of Russian education in the field of high technology.
