Bryansk Region authorities to change doctor appointment system
Residents of the Bryansk region have appealed to the authorities with complaints about the inconvenient electronic appointment system for medical specialists. Currently, electronic appointment slots become available to patients exactly at midnight. Many residents note that such a schedule creates serious difficulties in obtaining medical care.
Regional Governor Alexander Bogomaz acknowledged the existence of the problem. According to him, the administration has received a large number of requests from citizens dissatisfied with the current procedure. People are forced to stay awake at night to manage to secure a free time slot for a doctor's visit.
In this regard, the head of the region has issued an official instruction to the regional health department. Specialists from the department must work through the issue and change the time when appointment slots are released to one that is more convenient for the public. It is expected that the new rules will help make the process of booking doctor appointments simpler and more accessible.
At the moment, specific timelines for changing the system have not yet been announced. The authorities promise to inform residents about the decisions made in the near future. It is expected that adjusting the operation of electronic services will help reduce social tension and improve the quality of service in the region's polyclinics.
