Russia to launch its first digital back office using artificial intelligence
MTS Web Services has announced the launch of a project unique to the Russian market — the first digital back office. The main goal of the initiative is to automate routine business processes using modern technologies.
As part of this project, a special center of excellence will be created, employing up to 100 virtual employees. "Virtual employees" refers to complex artificial intelligence algorithms capable of performing tasks that previously required human intervention.
