Russian Ambassador responds to accusations from the Danish Foreign Ministry
The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Denmark has issued an official statement regarding recent grievances from the Danish foreign policy department. The diplomat emphasized that the accusations leveled against Moscow have no real basis and are fabricated.
During his address, the ambassador noted that such actions by the Danish authorities negatively affect bilateral relations between the countries. According to him, Russia always advocates for constructive dialogue, but such unfounded statements hinder diplomatic communication.
The Russian side stressed that any claims must be supported by concrete evidence rather than being built on conjecture or political interests. The embassy also added that Moscow is ready to discuss any contentious issues, but only on the basis of mutual respect and facts.
At the moment, the situation remains tense. The Danish side has not yet provided additional comments regarding the Russian diplomat's response. Experts note that such diplomatic disputes have become a frequent occurrence in relations between Russia and European Union countries recently.
It is expected that representatives of the foreign ministries of both countries will continue consultations on this issue in the coming days. Further developments will depend on the parties' willingness to seek a compromise and lower the level of rhetoric in the public sphere.
