Preparation for the upcoming tournaments has already begun. Currently, relevant government agencies and sports federations are working on organizing the training process and logistics for travel. Participation in such large-scale competitions is an important part of the country's sports program.
Authorities emphasize that the development of sports remains one of the priority areas. Despite the current difficulties in the international sports movement, the Russian side continues to support its athletes and create conditions for their professional growth.
It is expected that participation in world and European championships will allow Russian athletes to maintain a high level of competition and gain necessary competitive experience. The final lists of national teams for each of the 29 sports will be approved in the near future.
