Schedule for the third round of the Russian Cup Regions Path announced
The Russian Football Union has published the official match schedule for the third round of the Regions Path in the 2026/27 FONBET Russian Cup. This stage of the tournament traditionally attracts significant attention from fans, as it features clubs from various leagues across the country competing for the right to continue their pursuit of the trophy.
In the third round, teams that successfully navigated the previous stages of the competition will face off. According to the published schedule, the games will take place over several days. Tournament participants have already begun preparing for the matches, as the Russian Cup format dictates a knockout system: the losing team is immediately eliminated from the tournament.
The organizers emphasize that the matches at this stage will be held at the stadiums of the clubs that were granted hosting rights according to the draw. For many regional teams, this is an important opportunity to demonstrate their strength against professional clubs and attract new spectators to the stands.
The full list of pairings and the exact kickoff times for each match are already available on the official website of the Russian Football Union. Fans can plan their attendance at the matches in advance or choose to watch a live broadcast of their favorite team's game.
The third round is a crucial step before clubs from the Russian Premier League enter the race for the Cup. The winners of these matches will secure spots in the next stage, where the level of competition will become even higher.
