Health & Nutrition company changes its name to "Logika Moloka"
The Russian company Health & Nutrition, previously known as Danone Russia, has announced a name change. The dairy producer will now be officially called "Logika Moloka" (Milk Logic).
This decision marks the next stage of the business transformation that began after the French Danone group transferred its Russian assets to the temporary management of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) in the summer of 2023. Following that, the company changed its name to Health & Nutrition, and has now undergone a new rebranding.
Company representatives stated that the name change will not affect the quality of the products or the range of goods already familiar to Russian consumers. The plants continue to operate as usual, producing yogurt, milk, and other dairy products under their established brands.
At the moment, the company remains one of the largest dairy producers in the Russian market. Experts note that such changes are part of the process of adapting the business to new operating conditions in the country.
Thus, in the near future, customers will begin to see new information about the manufacturer on product packaging in stores. Despite the change in the legal entity's name, the company is maintaining its production facilities and jobs for its employees.
