Russia and China to build a new pharmaceutical plant in the Irkutsk region
A Russian pharmaceutical company and its Chinese partners have announced the launch of a joint project. The parties have agreed to build a new plant for the production of pharmaceutical substances, which will be located in the Irkutsk region.
The total cost of the project is estimated at 13.06 billion tenge. The investments will be directed toward creating a modern production facility equipped with advanced machinery. It is expected that the new enterprise will significantly increase the domestic production volume of medicinal components.
Cooperation with Chinese specialists will help introduce modern technologies and accelerate the production launch process. Experts note that establishing a domestic plant for the production of substances is an important step toward strengthening the independence of the Russian pharmaceutical market.
