Belarus is actively using diplomatic channels to seek peace in Ukraine
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus stated that the country is actively using its diplomatic ties to facilitate a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Ukraine. According to the head of the ministry, Minsk maintains contacts with a wide range of partners, including Russia, Western countries, and states in Asia.
Belarus emphasizes that its foreign policy is aimed at finding paths to stability in the region. The country's authorities believe that an open dialogue between all involved parties is a necessary condition for ending hostilities and achieving long-term peace.
Using multilateral contacts allows Minsk to act as a mediator that can convey the positions of different parties to the international community. In the current environment, such diplomatic activity is viewed by the Belarusian side as an attempt to reduce tension and find common ground between the conflicting participants.
At the moment, international experts continue to monitor the development of the situation. The question of whether these diplomatic efforts will lead to concrete results remains open, however, Belarus confirms its intention to continue working in this direction, relying on its connections across various continents.
