Moscow and Minsk to build a high-speed railway
Russia and Belarus have officially agreed to build a new high-speed railway that will connect the two capitals. A corresponding memorandum was signed by representatives of the relevant departments of both countries. This project will be an important step in the development of the transport infrastructure of the Union State.
The total length of the new railway will be over 700 kilometers. Thanks to modern technologies and trains capable of reaching high speeds, travel time between Moscow and Minsk will be significantly reduced. It is planned that passengers will be able to travel from one city to the other in just three hours.
The implementation of the project will not only simplify travel for citizens but also strengthen economic ties between the countries. Rapid connection between the capitals will make business and tourist trips more comfortable and accessible for the residents of both states.
In the near future, specialists will begin developing a detailed construction plan and assessing the necessary investments. It is expected that the new main line will become one of the most significant infrastructure projects in the region in the coming years.
