Former Danone Russia company changes name to "Logika Moloka"
A Russian dairy producer, formerly known as Health & Nutrition, has announced a rebranding. The company, which operated under the Danone Russia brand until 2023, has now received a new official name: "Logika Moloka."
The change in name is the latest stage in the business's transformation after the French Danone group placed its Russian assets under the temporary management of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo). The company had previously changed its international name to Health & Nutrition to distance itself from the parent organization.
Company representatives note that the change in the legal entity's name will not affect production processes. The factories continue to operate as usual, producing the dairy products, yogurts, and baby food familiar to Russian consumers under well-known brand names.
The rebranding is part of a strategy to develop the company as a fully independent Russian player in the food industry market. In the near future, management plans to focus on expanding the product range and strengthening its position in the country's regions.
