Former Danone Russia company changes its name to 'Milk Logic'
The Russian dairy producer, formerly known as Danone Russia, has officially announced a change to its name. The company will now operate under the brand 'Milk Logic' (Logika Moloka). This change marks another stage in the business's transformation following its transition to new management.
Previously, the organization had changed its name to Health & Nutrition. Under that brand, the company continued to produce popular products such as yogurts, cottage cheese, and milk, which are well-known to Russian consumers. Despite the rebranding, production facilities and the product range remain the same.
The decision to change the name is linked to the process of localizing the business in Russia. In recent years, many international companies have transferred their Russian assets to local owners, which has necessitated changes to corporate identity and trademarks.
Representatives of 'Milk Logic' emphasize that product quality will remain at a high level. Customers will be able to find familiar goods on store shelves, but with the new logo and name on the packaging. The transition period will take place gradually so as not to cause inconvenience to consumers.
