Russian Ministry of Health to change medical examination rules starting September 1
The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has announced changes to the procedure for conducting medical examinations. The new rules will come into force on September 1 of this year. These measures are aimed at improving the system of medical monitoring of citizens' health.
According to the new order, medical personnel will be required to fill out medical examination record cards in greater detail. Doctors are now obligated to enter expanded information about the patient's condition into the documents. This will help specialists identify potential diseases at early stages more quickly.
The main goal of the changes is to make the medical examination process more efficient and transparent. Thanks to the updated requirements, each patient's medical history will become more comprehensive, which will allow doctors to make more accurate decisions when prescribing treatment or additional examinations.
As a reminder, a medical examination is a free preventive check-up that is recommended for all adult citizens of Russia. Regular health check-ups help prevent the development of serious chronic diseases.
The new rules will apply to all state polyclinics in the country. Patients do not need to take any additional actions to prepare for these changes, as all the work involved in updating documentation falls on the medical staff.
