Large-scale Spartakiad of the Peoples of Russia concludes
Last week, Russia hosted competitions as part of the Spartakiad of the Peoples of the country. This event became one of the most significant sporting highlights of the season, bringing together the best athletes from all corners of the nation in stadiums and swimming pools.
About 250 professional athletes took part in the competitions. They represented 45 different regions of Russia, demonstrating a high level of preparation and a drive for victory in their respective disciplines.
