Ukraine plans to create domestically produced ballistic missiles
Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced the country's plans to develop its own domestically produced ballistic missiles. According to him, Ukraine could complete the creation of such systems and be ready to deploy them within the next three to six months.
Developing its own weaponry is part of Ukraine's strategy to strengthen its defense capabilities. Previously, the country's authorities have repeatedly stated the need to develop the military-industrial complex to reduce dependence on Western arms supplies.
Experts note that the emergence of domestically produced ballistic missiles in Ukraine could significantly change the situation in the conflict zone. Currently, Kyiv is actively cooperating with international partners and attracting investment to modernize its defense enterprises.
At this moment, official representatives of the Russian authorities have not provided detailed comments regarding these statements. The situation remains a subject of close attention from the international community, as the development of new military technologies directly affects security in the region.
In the coming months, it will become clear whether Ukraine will be able to implement these plans within the stated timeframe. The issue of ballistic missile production remains one of the key factors determining the further development of events in the current geopolitical context.
