Nikol Pashinyan: Trade relations between Armenia and Russia remain stable
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan commented on the current situation regarding the export of Armenian goods to Russia. During a recent speech, he emphasized that there have been no significant changes or new restrictions in the sphere of trade cooperation between the two countries.
The issue of product supplies became relevant against the backdrop of discussions regarding logistics routes and the operation of checkpoints. The Prime Minister noted that the Armenian government is closely monitoring the process of goods crossing the border to avoid delays for local producers and exporters.
According to Pashinyan, all current issues are being resolved in a routine manner through the relevant agencies. The Armenian side continues to fulfill its obligations within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, which allows for maintaining stable trade turnover with Russian partners.
At the moment, the export of agricultural products, beverages, and other goods from Armenia to Russia is continuing as normal. The authorities of both countries emphasize the importance of maintaining open trade ties for the development of the region's economy.
Thus, official statements confirm the absence of political obstacles for Armenian suppliers. The situation at the border remains under control, and businesses can continue their operations without changes to the established trade rules.
