Russia to launch its first educational program in reverse engineering
The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and Positive Technologies, a leader in the cybersecurity industry, have announced the launch of a unique educational project. For the first time in Russia, students will be able to undergo specialized training in the field of reverse engineering.
Reverse engineering is the process of examining software to understand how it works. Specialists in this field analyze application code to identify vulnerabilities and protect systems from cyberattacks. In today's digital world, the demand for such professionals is growing every year.
The new specialization aims to train highly qualified engineers prepared to solve complex challenges in ensuring the country's information security. The curriculum will combine MIPT's fundamental knowledge with the practical expertise of Positive Technologies, allowing students to apply their skills immediately to real-world projects.
This project is an important step for the development of the Russian IT sector. It is expected that the collaboration between the leading university and the technology company will help bridge the talent gap in cybersecurity and strengthen Russia's technological sovereignty.
