Launch of the "Healthy Hajj" Campaign to Enhance Medical Care for Domestic Pilgrims
Health authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have launched the "Healthy Hajj" campaign, an initiative aimed at providing comprehensive medical support to domestic pilgrims during this year's Hajj season. This step comes as part of the Kingdom's commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of the pilgrims and providing them with the best health services.
The campaign targets more than 160,000 pilgrims from various regions of the Kingdom. The initiative offers a variety of services, including primary care visits before the start of the Hajj rituals, in addition to conducting the necessary clinical and laboratory examinations to verify the health status of pilgrims before they depart for the holy sites.
The campaign relies on a specialized medical team that works to assess the health status of each pilgrim and provide necessary preventive advice and guidance. These examinations contribute to the early detection of any health issues, which helps in providing appropriate care and ensuring the performance of rituals with ease and convenience.
