Rotana Group expands its hotel presence in Makkah
Rotana Group, one of the leading hotel management companies in the region, has announced its plans to launch its "The Residences" brand in the city of Makkah. This move comes as part of the company's efforts to enhance hospitality services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and meet the growing demand from visitors and pilgrims.
With this new launch, the total portfolio of Rotana hotels in the Kingdom rises to 24 diverse properties. These hotels are distributed across five different brands, providing multiple options that cater to the needs of travelers from all over the world.
Data released by the company indicates that this portfolio currently includes 13 hotels already operating in various Saudi cities, in addition to 11 other hotels that are still under construction. These expansions underscore Rotana's commitment to supporting the tourism and hospitality sector, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
It is expected that this project will contribute to creating more job opportunities and supporting the infrastructure of the hotel sector in Makkah, thereby enhancing the experience for visitors arriving to perform Umrah and Hajj, and offering them comfortable and modern accommodation options.
