SVC strengthens its support for startups in the Kingdom through a new investment
The Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC) has announced its investment in the "SEEDRA Ventures Fund II," in a move aimed at supporting and developing the startup ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Established in 2018, SVC has been working since then to stimulate investments in small and medium-sized enterprises. This new investment seeks to provide the necessary funding for technology startups at various stages of their growth, from early stages to pre-IPO stages.
This support comes as part of the company's ongoing efforts to foster innovation in the Saudi business sector. Through this collaboration, SVC aims to create a sustainable investment environment that helps entrepreneurs scale their technology projects both within the Kingdom and abroad.
This step is part of a broader strategy adopted by the Kingdom to support the digital economy and achieve the goals of Vision 2030. This funding is expected to contribute to the creation of new job opportunities and increase the number of successful technology companies that contribute to the growth of the national economy.
