"Hajj in Health" Campaign Launched to Support 160,000 Pilgrims Within the Kingdom
Health authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have launched a new national campaign under the slogan "Hajj in Health." This initiative aims to enhance medical support and provide the necessary healthcare for pilgrims residing within the Kingdom, in preparation for the upcoming Hajj season.
The campaign targets more than 160,000 pilgrims, including citizens and residents, across various regions of Saudi Arabia. Through this step, the organizing authorities seek to ensure the physical safety of the pilgrims and provide all required medical examinations before they head to the holy sites in Makkah.
The services provided by the campaign include primary care medical visits, as well as comprehensive clinical and laboratory examinations. These tests aim to detect any health issues that pilgrims might face and address them early, ensuring that the rituals are performed with ease and convenience.
This campaign is part of the ongoing efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to develop the Hajj and Umrah system. By focusing on prevention and proactive care, the Kingdom seeks to provide a safe and healthy environment for all "guests of God," reflecting the state's commitment to the safety and comfort of the pilgrims.
