Over 480 Singapore Companies Honoured for Philanthropy Efforts
A total of 481 businesses in Singapore have been officially recognised as 'Companies of Good' in 2026. This initiative, led by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), celebrates organisations that go beyond their business goals to make a positive impact on society.
The recognition highlights the growing commitment of the local corporate sector to social responsibility. These companies are evaluated based on how they contribute to their communities, support their employees, and manage their environmental impact.
According to the latest data, these businesses have been very active in their support for various causes. Over the past three years, these companies have donated nearly $384 million to support charitable activities and community projects across the island.
This trend shows that many firms in Singapore are prioritising social good alongside their financial success. By investing in the community, these companies help to build a more inclusive and supportive environment for all residents.
The NVPC hopes that by honouring these businesses, more organisations will be encouraged to start their own corporate social responsibility programmes. Such efforts play a vital role in strengthening Singapore’s social fabric and ensuring that the country continues to thrive.
