Tech Giants Showcase Latest Smart Home Innovations at COMEX 2026
The annual COMEX 2026 technology exhibition has officially opened in Singapore, drawing thousands of tech enthusiasts and shoppers to the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre. This year, the event focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence into everyday household appliances, promising to make home maintenance more efficient for busy residents.
Among the highlights is the launch of the Dreame Technology X60 Ultra Extreme. This new robotic vacuum cleaner features advanced navigation sensors and improved suction power, designed specifically to handle the diverse flooring types found in modern HDB flats and condominiums. The company claims the device can better identify obstacles, such as cables or small toys, to provide a smoother cleaning experience.
Beyond cleaning robots, the exhibition features a wide range of smart lifestyle solutions, including energy-efficient kitchen appliances and automated home security systems. Industry experts at the event noted that Singaporean consumers are increasingly looking for devices that can be controlled remotely via smartphones, reflecting a growing trend toward fully connected smart homes.
Retailers at COMEX have introduced various promotional bundles and trade-in programs to encourage consumers to upgrade their older electronics. These offers are expected to remain available throughout the duration of the event, providing an opportunity for residents to purchase the latest technology at competitive prices.
As the exhibition continues through the weekend, organizers expect a high turnout of visitors interested in exploring how these new gadgets can improve their daily routines. For those planning to attend, experts recommend researching specific product features online before visiting to make the most of the demonstrations and expert advice available on the show floor.
