NCS Group, a leading technology services firm in Singapore, has announced a major expansion of its artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives. The company is forming new partnerships with several key organizations to integrate AI technology into the local healthcare, education, and connectivity sectors.
Key partners in this project include the National Healthcare Group (NHG), Ngee Ann Polytechnic, the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and the National University of Singapore’s School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (NUS SCALE). Additionally, NCS is collaborating with AI Singapore to strengthen the nation's digital capabilities.
Beyond these partnerships, the company has revealed plans to grow its workforce significantly. NCS intends to hire 130 new AI specialists to support these projects. This move is expected to help the company develop more advanced digital solutions for its clients across the country.
These developments are part of a broader effort to advance Singapore’s position as a regional hub for technology and innovation. By working closely with academic institutions and healthcare providers, NCS aims to create practical AI applications that can improve daily operations and services for the public.
As these partnerships begin, the focus will remain on training local talent and building sustainable AI infrastructure. This initiative highlights the growing importance of artificial intelligence in Singapore’s economy and the ongoing demand for skilled professionals in the tech industry.
