New AI Courses Launched to Help Singaporeans Embrace Technology
The People’s Association (PA) has announced a new initiative to help seniors and homemakers gain confidence in the digital age. The organization is launching a series of bite-sized artificial intelligence (AI) courses designed specifically for those who are currently unfamiliar with modern technology.
These short, easy-to-follow lessons aim to demystify AI tools that are becoming common in daily life. By breaking down complex topics into simple steps, the PA hopes to ensure that no one is left behind as Singapore continues its journey toward becoming a Smart Nation.
Participants will learn how to use basic AI applications to simplify everyday tasks, such as managing household schedules or communicating with family members online. The instructors will focus on practical skills, ensuring that students feel comfortable and safe while navigating digital platforms.
This move is part of a broader national effort to improve digital literacy across all age groups in Singapore. Officials believe that providing accessible education will empower residents to take advantage of new innovations and stay connected in an increasingly digital society.
Registration for these courses will open at community centers across the island in the coming weeks. The People’s Association encourages residents to visit their local community club or check the official PA website to find out more about the schedule and how to sign up.
