Singapore Fitness Alliance Supports Employees After True Group Closures
The Singapore Fitness Alliance (SFA) is currently working to assist staff members affected by the recent closure of True Group’s fitness and yoga centers. Approximately 230 employees and freelance instructors have reached out to the organization seeking help after the sudden end of operations.
Many of those affected are now looking for new job opportunities within the local fitness industry. The SFA is acting as a bridge, connecting these experienced professionals with other gym chains and wellness studios across Singapore that are currently hiring.
This initiative aims to provide stability for the instructors and staff who were left without work following the company's exit. By coordinating with other fitness businesses, the alliance hopes to ensure that these professionals can continue their careers without a long period of unemployment.
For those affected, the SFA has encouraged them to register their details so they can be matched with available roles. This collaborative effort highlights the importance of industry support networks during times of sudden business changes in the local market.
