Namhae-gun Accelerates Key Projects for the 9th Popularly Elected Administration
Namhae-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, is concentrating its administrative capabilities to successfully promote the key pending projects of the 9th popularly elected administration. The county has introduced a systematic management system to ensure that core projects for regional development proceed as planned.
Namhae-gun currently operates individual management cards for all projects and services. These cards contain detailed records of the current progress rate, budget execution rate, and the history of progress made so far.
In addition, the county updates these management cards every month. Through this, it is identifying problems that arise during the project process and checking future plans in detail to increase work efficiency.
This systematic management method is expected to be a great help in preventing budget waste and increasing the transparency of projects. Namhae-gun plans to continue monitoring to ensure that major projects proceed without any setbacks.
